The documentary will be shown in connection with the Tove Teuvalla opera in the auditorium of the school center:

The screenings in Teuva are organized by Teuvalaisen Kulttuurin Tuki in collaboration with Korsholm Music Festival. The documentary will also be shown during the opera week at the Teuva youth association’s cinema Kino-Kuva.
Elsi and Tove’s journey - exhibition
The opening of the travelling exhibition "Elsi and Tove’s Journey" in Teuva focuses on Elsi Borg’s design of the Teuva Church in the early 1950s, as well as its unique altarpiece The Ten Virgins, painted by Tove Jansson. Through the renowned designers of the church, Dora Jung and Lisa Johansson-Pape, the exhibition also delves into important decades of Finnish design. The exhibition also showcases the local community’s emotional connection to the church, through moments of sorrow and joy.
The exhibition is open 2.7.–11.8.2024 from 12 pm until 6 pm (closed on Mondays). Free entry.
